I do not wish to fall out with you, and I agree with what your saying, I feel it is a shame society feels the need to do this to people just enjoying themselves on a "break", just seems sad that we get to be a judge and jury when we are no better, I guess that is the price we pay for media driven life styles now a days.

Not sure anyone has pointed out, but they are effectively on a company trip and bound by whatever behaviour is expected at work for the duration.

Furthermore, they filmed it and it ends up on social media.

Not many employees would be happy with that, especially if they are high profile.

It's legal, safe and won't affect their performance.

However - due to being role models, in the public eye, they should not be seen taking them - in the same way politicians shouldn't.

Just astonished some folk here are still upset about this.

- Young lads, on a break
- away from the glare of the media
- sitting quietly (quite well behaved in the video)
- being a bit silly with the balloons but nothing illegal
- not harming anyone
- far FAR worse behaviour in any pub any night in Brighton

Someone brought up the point about sponsors etc, I guess I can kinda see that. But again, nothing illegal or harmful here as far as I can tell?

The only negative I see is that it puts Paul Barber and Potter slightly on the spot. As the tabloid reports may give the impression they’re disrespecting their and the clubs authority.

Last 2 games we have finished much stronger than out opponents.
Maybe, just maybe, Potter thinks the problems we are currently having has more to do with being uptight rather than fitness.
Maybe he feels that some R&R , letting their hair down and old fashioned team building,is what the players need more than a boot camp.

If I'm wrong and Potter comes down on them like a ton of bricks for disobeying club guidelines.
Then fair play they are in the wrong and I trust the club to deal with it appropriately

I get that, but my question and problem is who is the customer to judge, they often get involved in far more dubious affairs.

The hypocrisy of some people amazes me sometimes, we could all get in trouble for stuff we have done in the past, it seems to me that we are far to precious sometimes. The fear of getting caught having a laugh is killing humanity and human nature.
