f*** me. 9 months ago we romped away with league 1. 3 months ago we went the month unbeaten. WTF is wrong with you?

Maybe we can persuade Micky adams to come back again?

I'm just depressed ... f*** knows where we go from here ... thankfully I think there are 3 worse sides than us in this div ... starting to look forward to next season

Yes. What did people expect from this season? After the start we had expectations obviously went up, consolidation was all this season was about. Clearly we need to strengthen in midfield, support CMS upfront and sort out discipline on the park but usual moaning gits will be bleating on. It was always a 5 year plan.

True. But taking sentiment out of it, Brez, Cald, Painter, Ank & Dicker aren't good enough at Champ level. Shame, but true. Some said that even before the CPFC game.
I hope that the very short term part of the long term plan is to replace substandard players. Now!

You lot don't deserve someone of his quality. Bunch of Fuckwits the lot of you. If you fail to see how he reshaped the club from top to bottom, you are idiots. By all means question some recent results but if you think him leaving is the answer then you know NOTHING about football.

Give me one name of someone who would do better

Harsh Common,Clearly all is not well on the good ship Albion and people who disagree with you are not necessarily f...wits.
Not saying Gus leaving is the answer, but thank god for our freakishly good start!

Can't see it ... where would he go? Back into L1 and become a journeyman Manager?

Back into punditry, he'd probably find a very good assistant manager position or he could just go to spain where I'm sure he'd find a decent job easily.

I think the current problem is that Gus and Tanno do not appear to have the tactical nous or emotional maturity to stop the downward trend we've been on since game 7 of the season. This is not to say they can't do it, I for one really hope they can, but it's not looking good based on the evidence of the last 17 games. Any change in management would represent a massive risk too but in terms of the kind of manager who could help us consolidate in this division I think, for example, that Keith Hill at Barnsley has done a bloody good job with zero resources.

Let's stop all this f***ing rubbish right now

We have a team that plays attractive football, but is hampered by massive injury list and are obviously struggling and we need to get behind them instead of constantly slagging the manager off.

So who do you people want ...Russell f***ing slade,

As I said previously get a bloody grip . We are in a very difficult league with teams that have been playing in this division or the premiership for bloody ages and we have Ben playing in the arse end of the third and fourth division for bloody ages....what the f*** do you expect.

We hope we will stay in this division this season....that will be a triumph and all this talk about premiership eas always a pipe dream

He has got to stop blaming the refs and playing the 'hard done by' card. It is starting to annoy me now and its not the sign of a good leader.

I am still in the Gus camp but the tent pegs have come out and its in danger of being blown away...

I think that it is ludicrouse to suggest that he has lost the plot but what I would say is that he appears to be struggling without Tarrico on the bench with him perhaps if we can secure 2 full backs that are good enough to stop Tarrico playing all will come good again. Patience is needed but as Aspinall said on the radio in the phone in Gus is looking for 4 players who would make us play off contenders.

What an absolutely stupid thread, why would Gus want to walk from perhaps the most interesting and possibly productive period in the clubs history.

New stadium, new training facility and probable capacity expansion

To be fair, is it really "f***ing rubbish"? We're on a four game losing streak, we got beaten comfortably by the bottom team in the division, Gus just needs to stop being so stubborn and play a way which might not be as pretty, but get us results

i agree with you there...i think tanno is a major piece in our management jigsaw, can't be helping gus only having phil mitchell next to him to discuss matters

With the money we have spent,I hardly think that avoiding relegation will be viewed as a triumph!!!!
