Is Dicker shagging Russell's missus?

Because for the two times he has come on we have looked much better?

..........and to add to that..........all the games we,ve played WITHOUT Dicker, our midfield has looked utter shite. And our previous results have proven this.

Who gives a shit how he looked pre-season?! It's how he, and more importantly, the team play when he comes on. And on every single occasion, the team's been much better when he's come on.

There has to be something more to it...

Let's hope that Slade, like Adams and McGhee, doesn't harbour grudges. I thought he was a bigger man than that.

Dicker must turn up late to training or something.

But for sure when he gets in the first 11, he will remain there. Guys link up play with cox, bennett, dickinson, forster is f***ing class.

Very much like wilson paloaicos (sp obv)

True, but the first time was a fifteen minute period, with nine men and the team couldn't really look worse.

The second time was last night. Perhaps that shows slade it wasn't just the circumstances making him look good against stockport and the next game may have dicker starting.

We should also factor in that with the two man advantage and the goal lead, stockport weren't exactly pressuring us, sitting back and letting Dicker play (the often maligned Navarro was also said to have improved when he was playing in those circumstances).

The Millwall manager is claiming his team tired in the second half so soon after the extra time game on tuesday, and so didn't have the energy to keep up their first half performance, more mitigating circumstances that would make it appear as if dicker improves the team, when it is not necessarily him.

Let me be clear, I like dicker. Last season I thought he was quietly effective. But I also like Slade, I trust his judgement in the transfer market, and I trust his judgement on team selection. If, having seen him play in pre-season and in training; and with his greater-than-mine football knowledge, watched Dicker's performance in his brief appearances against casual opponents, and allegedly tired opponents Slade judged him to not be performing well enough to interrupt a settled selection, then I trust his judgement in that too.

And according to slade, who has seen him in pre-season, and in training, and v stockport for 15 mins, and last night for 45mins, he isn't yet up to his best standard, and not close enough to his best standard to change the team for.

There's so much on here and has been for a while about trusting slade; trusting him to save us from relegation, trusting him to buy the right players, trusting him to turn things around.

Why does this trust not extend to team selection?

Dicker gives us a centre mifield. The others are at the moment a waste of space. if they have tallent, then they are doing a great job of hiding it. Navaro is fat slow and 5 yards off the pace. Crofts? Who, never noticed him, he is just as bad. they just chase shadows. The punters can see this and Slade is being paid to do so. Also, Virgo is taking free kicks. That is so stupid that it must be a very un funny practical joke. he is a centre back, not a bad one (not a great one either) but don't let the bloke near the midfield or taking dead ball free kicks. If Slade makes these two absurd decisions again then Bloom might be very tempted to talk to Coppell. Football really isnt that hard.

either way the honeymoon for slade is over. he has got to stop making daft mistakes like leaving out Dicker or he will get stick

The facts don't lie or could we use this FACT

Slades record at the Albion...

Or we could use this fact:
Never suffered relegation as a manager

Shows he knows what he's doing and we should trust his judgement.

But if was suffering from continual ill health and my doctor and his assistants wouldn't or couldn't cure me then I would SACK them and get someone who would make me BETTER.

But if you were sat there right now and suddenly your balls itched, would you rush off to the doctor demanding he cut them off? Or would you wait and see if they continue itching for a while, try changing your underwear, try changing your detergent before something as drastic as looking into getting them removed? Make sure there's something wrong and it's not just a little bit of heat and you need to try cotton briefs to stop the itching?

If I had been feeling unwell for nearly a year apart from a month or so earlier in the year that might have just been a fluke as I'm now feeling as bad as I did before that then I would definately change my Doctor as I would feel he hadn't a clue what to do despite him changing all my medication.

But the more realistic comparison to make would be, instead of just "feeling unwell", if you had a serious illness such as CANCER that had been crippling you for several years. And you had a reasonably new doctor who had staved off certain death a few months ago. Would you now give him a bit more time to make a permanent recovery?

No as I feel my temporary recovery was down to the junior doctor who has taken a job in Australia and now he's gone my illness is even worse.
