Dave I think you may have misinterpreted what we mean by a bastard. By bastard I mean't someone who is a bit of a royster doyster about town. Not a wife beating shit bag.

But too comfortable doesn't mean you have to be an arsehole to keep her? Maybe she just wanted to be taken out for a suprise dinner? turn up on her doorstep or her desk and say lets go out for lunch? maybe she didn't want a lap dog to follow her around and say yes babe, no babe, whatever you want babe?

There is a middle ground...

Didn't follow her around like a lap dog thank you very much, but agreed there perhaps is a middle ground. f***ed if I can find it though....

totally agree. but men listen up!! feelings can run out after a while, be it after 1 week or 10 years. of course she might have been over the moon the first time she snogged you. but it is also fair to say that after a few weeks that perhaps she didn't fancy you as much as she thought she would. otherwise we would all have married our first loves and that would be that. it takes a while to get to know someone and perhaps after four weeks of getting to know you she felt you weren't fulfilling her enough. who knows?
but why revert to saying that she was just after a bastard.

I think I might turn gay, especially in a city like Brighton I think I could really prosper.

I high fived one of the other girls at work and she complained that I didn't do it to her. I said if she didn't shut up I would stick my finger up her arse. She smiled and said "You'd like that".

My point is these girls know the effect they have but sometimes it is difficult to draw the line when they say things like that. You just have to ignore it, no matter how sexy they are.

are you the 'wannabe' peter stringfellow of NSC you sound like a 28 year virign gaggin for his first shag. How can u find a 16 yr olf attractive u being 11 years older. you mate are going down gary glitters route.

plus surely an 18 yr old is more developed and nicer

Brighton boy your maths is as bad as your intellect. If you had bothered to read the earlier posts you would see that this girl looks about 20, therefore she is clearly far more developed than most 16yr olds.

Dear god man, that is my point!!!! When I thought she was 20 I thought she was well fit but had no qualms about it. I then found out she was 16 and obviously still found her fit but felt like a bit of a perv. But I was asking does it only make me a perv if I act on it or am I just a perv for fancing her.

i think that thinking about it certainly doesn't make you a perv. acting on it might do (as said by previous person everyone is different etc), but if she was 20 and you 31, then nothing much would be said. it is purely the fact that she is so young at the moment that makes people frown about the whole situation

But if I was 21 and she was 10 would that make it any different?

1. Your breaking the law

2. Common sense should tell you that it is wrong

3. It is known as paedophilia.

I wasnt trying to take the moral high ground at all. My point was that he made the comment ( probably trying to look big and clever) that age didn't matter, when clearly it does ( in fact legally it does!!!)

I know it may sound patronising, but when people have children and they grow up, it changes your perception of life totally.

That was all, and No I was no angel, but I knew the boundries

I got the impression that his comment of "age is just a number" was referring more to the age difference betwen them rather than the legal age of the girl being shagged. Of course THAt age matters! I thought he meant that the implied taboo of anything more than a couple of years age gap was irrelevant. In that respect I agree that age is just a number, it's not something that people should ever get hung up about IF they're happy together.

I do appreciate what you mean about being a father though, especially of girls!
