Agree with this. Early doors in England we won't play 2 spinners so a chance that Buttler stays at 7 and Moeen goes back to 8? Long-term Bairstow to be played as a specialist batter and Buttler to take the gloves and the spinner bats at 8 or if it's Rashid then 9 behind Woakes?

Wondered when my cover would be blown!
Reason I want Root to replace Cook as captain is that Cook seems to have a pre programmed, non interested lately, style of captaincy. I'd have given Ball a couple of early overs with one spinner at the other end.. I know it's a spinners wicket but Ball is on a high and our spinners have a long time ahead of them.
