Without wanting to tempt fate, this is England we're talking about. I've lost count of the times where we have enforced the follow on only to see/let the other team hit 400 or 500 in their 2nd innings, forcing a draw.

Do they?? I have always thought that to enforce the follow on you had to bowl them out for at least 150 less than you scored. Is that not right then?

No that is in 4 day (county) cricket. In 5 day cricket (test) it is 199. If a day in 5 day cricket is completely washed out it goes down to 149.

It's 200 in a test match. I think it's 150 in county cricket.
