The pubs factor is an interesting one, go back to 1998, and non alcoholic drinks stretched to Barbican and Kaliber, today we’ve got an array of non alcoholic products, James Bond not only endorses Heineken 00 they sell it in both the Rovers Return and The Woolpack arguably the two most ‘famous’ pubs in the UK?Compare 1998 with now, same sort of time difference. The green belt will have been built on, roads will be far more congested, hardly any pubs left, shopping centres vacant and converted to housing and more people working remotely leading to city centre offices being empty.
