Thanks for this and it explains that the tickets are being emailed to supporters by Roma (so nothing BHA can do)! Like others, I'm flying out tomorrow, so just hope the hotel has a printer!
I'm hoping my hotel room has a ceiling without a leaking hole in the middle.

Ahhhhhh Amsterdam.

Yep, I said that and was told a UEFA requirement . I won’t name her but the person chatted to advised “ there are plenty of internet cafes out there “.
Thanks and looks like you are owed an apology by one or 2 with their bordering on aggressive responses! Don’t shoot the messenger springs to mind!

Reading that the tickets will be emailed on Wednesday is just getting me more and more nervous about actually receiving the ticket before the game, then trying to find somewhere to print it if it does arrive.

I just hope the Albion are playing tot for tat, and the Roma tickets for the Amex game are emailed out at 5pm on the day of the game, with the proviso that all tickets must be printed.

Sitting out in Piazza now. Sunny 14 degrees, but definitely warm jacket needed. Breezy
Thank you. Whilst this sounds very nice, my evening 9pm restaurant reservation will be indoors.

I’m thinking cotton base layer, cashmere roll neck and light jacket. Portable enough for carrying during the warmth, and should keep the chill out when darkness falls.

Thanks - does make you think twice about posting a comment.
I contacted supporter services as my son was worried about getting his ticket in time - he’s 17 and does worry about stuff. I appreciate many others going will take a more laid back approach or have their own views.
Hopefully will be straightforward process for everyone but my son and friends will definitely print a ticket whilst have one on their phone too.
Assuming the email comes through!

Have to say the 16°C day time/5°C night time jacket conundrum is a tough one.
Isn't it? Quite the dilemma.

My one weatherproof coat, that has some good secure zip pockets, for passports and that - is rather on the heavy side for the Roman spring. Apart from the journey though, I think I'll only wear that to the game itself. So long as there's no sign of f***ing RAIN*, I might just cope with a hoody or something for the daytime.

*Having only done the three home group games, plus Ajax away, my Europa League experience has been very WET.
