Kev, did you actually see the tickets? If you haven't got them in your possession tell her you need them to claim on the insurance. If she makes excuses about why she hasn't got them then I think you might have been sewn up here!
As for working with her, get in there first and tell everyone at work what she has done! Life won't be very comfortable for her working there. But you haven't done anything wrong!
I have the tickets with me. And I could do that at work, but I might end up with the sack and I don't want that.

Firstly, you should be able to claim on the insurance under the grounds of her [mental] health, as she is clearly a MENTALIST.
As for the work situation, you need to get down there, rise above it and don't give her the satisfaction of any reaction at all. Except for writing 'SPITEFUL WHORE' on her name badge in permanent marker.
