I wish I could sing like Linda Ronstadt at her peak. (And, yes, I’m sure she does too).

Conversely, if I sounded like Susan Boyle, I’d just shut up.

Would like to sound like either Billie Joe Armstrong or Michael Stipe.

Would really NOT like to sound like Mick Hucknall.

I wouldn't say no to a Jeff Buckley type voice as I'd want a bit of range. It also has a bit of power but also a certain purity without sounding too wimpy.

Talking of which, given the choice I'd prefer not to have one of those slightly whiny, wimpy voices that appear to have become popular amongst some younger male singers who are usually in the solo singer songwriter genre. There seem to be quite a few of them now, but I don't know them by name. The only one who I can think of by name who does sing in that slightly wimpy whiny vein is Passenger, although I don't hate his voice I just wouldn't want to be saddled with it for myself.

Although having said that if all that was left on the table was one of those whiny Passenger type voices and Simon Le Bon I think I'd have to pick the whiny voice as I don't think I could bear to have a voice like Simon Le Bon's for my entire singing career.

It cracks me up the things you choose to care about Harry !!

The reason I didn’t put both answers is because I didn’t read the full post, however now that I have I know the voice I hate the most morrisey 👍
I care about everything.

Everything that I care about, anyway.
OK, everything I like and anything that annoys me.

I can't say fffff....

OK, thickies. I will have another go.

I would like to sing like Peter Hammill

I would not like to sing like Noddy Holder.

And you can shove that up Roy Keane's bollocks.

It's odd. When they were at their pomp, I thought they were great and enjoyed their voices, but now I find them both hard to listen to.
Fair play and I get it with Liam - his voice is an acquired taste definitely, but I personally think Noel is a really good singer to this day. Liam’s voice is shot
