I would actually quite fancy doing Harty's job. Local or national radio phone in host.

I would love to be on radio 5 live doing 606 or something like that.

Failing that I would like to be a concert singer.

Also KFC, how can being the Messiah have zero promotion prospects, the next rung on the ladder is GOD, and you wouldn't need to go for interview, or sit those bloody psychometric tests and that!

Precisely. 'God is eternal'. Unless he resigns and takes up golf, you're going to be second in command for ever. Better to go for the top job in some smaller religion I reckon. Apply to be Buddha or something.

Anything to do with forensic science, crime scene investigation, post mortems etc.

Thats exactly what I would love to do. Don't ask me why because even now I couldn't touch a dead body but something facinates me about trying to work out how a crime happened or how somebody died.

Well, what about the catechism then when god is three things, you being one of them along with your dad and a ghost or something, surely it's a rotation thing like Benitez does at Liverpool?

I don't think my Dad wants a new job though. Wouldn't mind working with a ghost though, so long as he pulled his weight - I've a feeling he'd be all show and no real substance.

Listen KFC, when it revealed to the faithful that I am the One TRUE Messiah, you are going to feel pretty blimming silly I can tell you! all this talk of God playing Golf and wanting to be see through, "mock ye not sayeth the lord" or I will make you sit in a bath of burning pitch forever while Satans little wizards poke ice cold shards of glass under your nails as I am all merciful and forgiving.

Then you'll be sorry.

You as the messiah, are going to work alongside Satan? Are you suggesting some kind of merger? A power-sharing agreement, maybe?

Got to be a sports photographer. I like the idea of getting paid to fly around the world and sit watching the biggest sporting events on the planet. Of course there'd probably be the occasional crap event, but I could tolerate that in exchange for a few Olympic games and World Cup finals.

Or an astronaut. I always wanted to be an astronaut when I was a kid :lolol:

You've basically written my job description [for my existing job] there, Believe me, its really not as glamorous as it sounds.

In the first 8 years of this job [my company times sporting events- photofinish cameras, displays, television graphics, transponder systems, etc, etc] I worked at the Olympics [Sydney 2000], Commonwealth Games, Pan-American Games, Swimming World Cups, European Championships, World Swimming Championships, World Cycling Championships, Speedway GP, etc, etc.

I've been sent to China [twice], Australia [4], Canada, USA, Poland, Germany, Switzerland [25-30], Belgium, Iceland [5], and more.

It sounds fantastic, but you soon get fed up of airports and hotel rooms, believe me. In my busiest year for travelling I was away something like 180 nights which is shit, so I changed my role [in the same company] and now am mostly office based. I have just declined a third offer to work at the Beijing Olympics.

OK, point taken. I'll go for the astronaut then. I'm quietly confident nobody on here can put me straight on that one
