I think, if in some parallel universe, Zaha turned up here, we would be absolutely overjoyed. Let's not deny it.

He is a very decent footballer who also wins penalties and would improve the team on the pitch but we would not pay £80m, we won't pay £150k a week or nothing like it. Not sure what he is like as a 'team' person

If he scored goals that kept the Albion from dropping 2 points so many times I would be overjoyed till he acted like an arse and then I would hate him again.

It would have to be a bl**dy far distant parallel universe then, one without me in it!

Palarse got £50M for Wan-Bisaka (sp. - yes I know) and will demand and probably get £70 or £80 million for Zaha. I don't believe TB would pay that, or the wages he would want - I bl**dy well hope not anyway. There is something about Zaha that I really do not like, and it's not just that he plays for Palace; it's completely irrational and it may well be unfair - he could be one of the nicest blokes you could ever hope to meet - but no, somehow I just can't stand him.
I really don't want him at The Albion - and yes, I do think he'd disrupt the team's togetherness. Sorry Wilf - but not wanted at the Albion for me, thanks.

Yep, about as classy as your lot singing about Dunky being a sex offender.

I bet you couldn’t believe your luck tonight. Given an absolute schooling on your own turf and you still got a point

I forgot to add the homophobic gestures from the Arthur Wait. Dinosaurs

I’d know it was time for my medication, I’d have been hallucinating as I know it could never happen :lolol:

Leyton, E10.
I think he’s alright and undoubtedly very good.

Signing him though? Almost as ridiculous as when someone suggested Connolly was worth £50m.

Thanks for the laugh.

The frustrating thing is that the only difference between us and them, is that they have a top class player, and we don’t. If you put him in our team we’d be a top 8 side, and if you took him out of theirs, they’d be in a relegation battle.

We need to produce someone like him out of our academy. And soon.

Or our scouting network unearths a gem from somewhere, he's class no doubt about it but there are gems out there, for me he's as good as the likes of Traore at Wolverhampton (cost £17m from M'boro) or Mahrez (cost <£2m from Le Harve).

I know we’ve had the option to sign him before and turned them / him down so can’t see it changing now...

Yah the time it was rightly deemed he’s a good player for 10 seconds a game if you’re lucky but has a disgraceful attitude. It was also deemed he’d be behind AK, Murphy, March & Skalak so wasn’t needed. Fair call.
