It's actually happening chaps!!!

Bring on the 24/25 season.

We've got Super Graham Potter!!
4/6 on Skybet, evens on others. Seems increasingly possible.

If it happens a lot of people of here are going to have to grown up. We'll need to get on with it...

Why does it 'seem increasingly possible'? There will be people who are betting on him just from reading the comments on NSC. If you know something, some insider knowledge, then please share.

I don't have a source, but if I did and they told me that Potter has just signed a 3 year deal which is likely to be announced in the next couple of days, the last place I would post this information would be on NSC.

I think there's as much chance of Poyet, coming back as Potter tbh. Tony Bloom doesn't strike me as the sort of man you shaft and then he forgets about it. Strikes me more of a cool calculated type, just like I believe RDZ has been a dead man walking for months now.
Bloom is a business man first and foremost. If he thinks reappointing Potter is the right thing to do he will. Sentiments play second fiddle. He is to smart for that.

It is a sad state of affairs that the Argus and Naylor appear to be gagged from saying absolutely anything.

A flick of the Argus Sport pages and you wouldn't even know the Albion are trying to recruit a manager ffs.
On the flip side the Argus has no investigative journalists, just retrospective reporters who regurgitate yesterday’s news.

Not gagged. Just insignificant.

Sentiment or Trust?

Okay, but the poster quoted betting odds which we know are influenced by very few people in the case of Brighton's new manager. He should explain why he thinks as he does because if he is simply looking at the odds it's a ridiculous comment.

If you believe Tony Bloom thinks he was shafted having been paid £20m by Chelsea to upgrade his manager, you probably need to do some work on your judgement skills.

That said, you are right to assume Bloom is a cool calculated type. But all that means is that he’ll take the emotion of Potter’s departure out of his thinking in terms of appointing our next manager. If Bloom believes Potter is the right man for the job, he’ll be back. End of. Coolly and calculated.

TB was f***ed off by the timing, as were most of us - and Chelsea were always going to pay for that.
