When a player is on loan if they suffer an injury it is almost always the case that they’ll return to their parent club for treatment, at least for an initial assessment. This has nothing to do with any loan cancellation or recall clauses and if they recover they can return to play for their loan club.

Exactly - because the loan agreement is still in place - never was, nor could have been, cancelled outside a transfer window.

I agree with Jonny and Warren in the latest Unlimited pod, the club would be mad to let EF go on loan in January. I'll state it again, I support BHA 1st, EF 2nd.

Probably already been said but if he HAS to go on loan it should 100% be Leicester.
