There are only about 100 of us in Block H actually trying to get behind the team. The rest do nothing. So stop complaining and sing at home matches.

I couldn't believe how few people clapped the team off after that fAntastic performance.

I and all the people around me bought it was the best home performance for years, don't know what you were watching.

We may not be able to do much about the ground & atmosphere, however, here are three ideas:

1/ Reduce ticket prices to £10 per adult & £5 for kids
2/ Change the mentality. Start using the Away changing rooms & Away dug out (& for the away team to use the home facilities) - After all we seem to do better away!
3/ On 'home' days - tell the players that they will be collected at 8.00 am at Withdean. The team bus goes for a two hour journey around Sussex, before turning up at Withdean

What do you think?

How on earth is reducing the ticket price going to help home form. Absolute drivel.

Guy on the phone-in is blaming the fans for being so quiet and not getting behind the team enough.

Thats got a massive effect on whats going wrong, its like everyone has totally given up and are just waiting for the new ground. Its hard to be positive at Withdean I know but unless we start getting behind them we WILL get relegated this year.

You think the atmos is bad now, wait until we're playing Accrington Stanley next year.

Was not at the game today but I have always felt our problem is the way we start games at home. We seem to take about 30minutes to get going by which time the other team have settled (or scored) and we are left chasing the game. I would like to see us more positive from the kickoff and get at teams. Might just give the players and fans a much needed boost from the outset to kick on and god forbid win a home game!

Need to get more people into the ground. That will create a better atmosphere don't you think? Another poor gate today against local rivals. How on earth will we attract three times the number at Falmer unless we catch the imagination of younger fans, bring back those who cannot afford to watch the Albion every other week. Furthermore, what is the point in having empty seats!

after analyising all the results over the season so far at withdean from a subjective rather than biased view, ive coallated all the stats and put them through the computer and had them proof read by notts and its glaringly obvious what the problem is.................................

We keep getting beat by the other team.

I realise the argus will no doubt pinch this and headline it but it has to said.

Yeah, your right Steve, lets fill those empty seats by inviting a few thousand displaced Gaza Arabs, sure they could do with a laugh after decades of hate and torment, even the dire Albion form might be a nice break from the persucution and invasions they are used to on a regular basis.

You twat.

If we invited those Gaza Arabs, then they would inevitably start to build tunnels, as they couldn't find there way to the exit

Stop playing Dean Cox.

Spot on, there is nothing good about this man whatseover, bring nothing to the team at all.

Along with this, the ticket pries should be reduced to bring in higher crowds, not that i think the club are likely to do it however
