Ideas for The Albion to Improve Results at Withdean?

We may not be able to do much about the ground & atmosphere, however, here are three ideas:

1/ Reduce ticket prices to £10 per adult & £5 for kids
2/ Change the mentality. Start using the Away changing rooms & Away dug out (& for the away team to use the home facilities) - After all we seem to do better away!
3/ On 'home' days - tell the players that they will be collected at 8.00 am at Withdean. The team bus goes for a two hour journey around Sussex, before turning up at Withdean

What motivation is there for the players to step up if every time they don't try to win until there's only 5 minutes left, or at least until we're behind, if we turn around and blame the quiet fans, or the ticket prices or the running track?

The simple fact is that at Withdean there is a bit of grass with two goals on it, it is exactly the same as any other pitch bar a few meters. The players should be performing so much better every week. Disregard the atmosphere, we haven't won since the 13th of October at home!

That is not because some people stand up and shout Albion every few minutes, it is the players fault, they have continuously f***ed up under 3 different managers.

Who said I was complaining? If you read my post again, you'll find that I was merely stating what someone on the phone-in said. I never said I agreed with him.
