Well, that was dire from England. You just have to hope that's the bad performance out of the system; if they bowl and field like that against India at the weekend they will get absolutely pumelled.
Not ideal, but there wasn't much wrong with the batting. Everyone got 30plus, nobody struggled, good opening partnership, then 5 or 6 an over for 20-odd overs and enough wickets in hand at the end to comfortably chase 70-odd off the last 10 overs.
Swann bowled well enough, more wickets for Broad. It's not the complete disaster it's being painted although there's clearly work to be done.
