Having spent decades laughing at Scotland's footballing ineptitude, please join me in cheering Scotland on against Italy. Success for Scotland & failure for England is the only way that the F.A. will ever sack that $%£*& and employ a top clas foreign coach. I'll always be grateful to Scotland for entertaining me in 1978. (remember the draw against Iran?) Now they have the opportunity to reshape our footballing destiny. Otherwise the F.A. will leave sacking McClaren until we have failed to qualify for the world cup.

my thoughts exactly. and if england don't progress, then scotland will be 'my team' in the tournament. will always support other british sides. and if they don't support us when we're in big comps, it only adds to the sense of superiority i feel over them anyway.
