They tend not to use these restaurants full stop, that's why I think it meant something else other than white people, 99% of their custom would be white people , they wouldn't need to specify.

If you own any kind of business in Southall, you will not have many white customers. If Indians don't use this restaurant, it better be popular with the Somalians or it will go bust.
