I am in that pic of the queue and I have to say I rather enjoyed it. I met loads of people, chatted to those in front and behind, patted said dog (she waited patiently too). I did not hear one moan or grumble and it was lovely to chat to people who have got the Brighton buzz back.

Once inside the shop I enjoyed looking at the away shirt but also the arse of the blonde girl that works in there, tight leggings on and sunglasses on top of her bonce. mmmm. A great way to spend the morning.

Hi please could someone let me know if tickets are still available for the Spurs match as see online it says they are sold out and just wanted to confirm season ticket holders with 1250 points or more are allowed to be given the chance over people just walking in off the street! as was just concerned reading this post that they are now just selling to anyone. cheers all:)

Queued from around 11.30 and finally got my tickets at 14.30 but echo the above post by Wilko
The time flew by and it was almost a pleasure to "waste" three hours talking to fellow fans about these exciting times at our club! Absolutely delighted to secure my ticket.
Fair play to the ticket office staff too, as always they were top class!

As far as we know, tickets are still available. Only people with 1250 points currently have the option to purchase their ST seat at all 3 games on sale (though X number of people with 1000 points have reported being able to buy their seat due to an error in the ticketing system, which has since been resolved). You will have up until next Wednesday to purchase your own seat.

click on "reserve my seats" to book online and ignore the sold out message. All the people in the queue waiting for tickets have 1250 or 1280 points , any with less than this would have soon found out they wouldn't get a ticket today from the shop.

You will be glad to know I got to the Apple shop safely after the mini monsoon!! Good dinosaur display in the mall too!

As one of 'the muppets' who queued for tickets, can someone tell me how the hell i can pay for said tickets without having a credit or debit card, and a snowballs chance in hell of ever having one? An answer would be much appreciated.

They are hon. In fact, I saw the boy Banana purchase one of the said tangy tops as I queued up with Braders earlier. He did rock the look, to be fair, although I think he could do with getting his bikini-line sorted quicksticks. It frankly does nothing for him on the swoonability stakes, but will he listen to me??

Bloody hell :censored::censored: You could have bought me one

Mind you it might have helped if I had told you I wanted one!!

Exactly , I posted several reasons why fans were queueing for tickets.

Are they ramping up capacity? I knew that only about 50% for SSC but I assumed it was 100% for Spurs and Gills

Hi and thanks Razi and seagullsover grimsby as was getting a bit annoyed as I have resigned to the fact I will not get a ticket being a new season ticket holder as annoyingly due to work reasons I had to give up my season ticket last season but was just fed up hearing that people were buying 4 tickets at a time and supposedly others with 1000 points have theirs so thanks for clarifying as really grateful as was trying the ticket office but gave up after an hour on their queue system!:) Thanks all and well dont to those who deserve to be there as it will sure be an emotional day!:) Take care and thanks again.

I have literally no idea why people queued up. Bought mine online whilst at work no bother (bar a few minutes of frantic retrying!).

Because their server was unavailable til at least 10.30 a.m., so people did not want to miss out.
And their 'hot'line would cut out.

Fans then went to Queens Road. No one knew at that stage if would be so slow moving.

Not helped by the odd single fan with long lists of fan numbers, all buying for Gillingham, Eastbourne & Tottenham, sent along by family/friends. Took staff yonks to work through those orders!

Tony will improve the hotline and website capacities, no doubt.

If it's correct that your place is reserved until next wednesday then probably could have picked it up without queuing on another day

Didn't they always state 12,000 for SSCF and 17,000 for friendly??

10,000 SSCF and 17,000 Spurs. Both of those capacities includes the 'away' allocation. So less available than that to Seagull supporters.

Edit : 6,000 available to us for SSCF and 12,000 available to us for Spurs (on website)

Pre-paid Mastercard

Hope that helps for the future.

Be aware that the majority of pre-pay debit/credit cards have an admin fee to initialise the card , why waste a tenner to put funds on a card ? If not and the card is free to set up you can be charged usage fees.
