I was going to start a thread yesterday about the number of good blokes that we seem to have in the squad now - the complete opposites to the Leon Bests and Kemy Agustiens of this world.

We all love Calde, obviously, but the likes of Bruno, Stockdale, Kayal and Rosenior are all very likeable people, I think, and I was going to put Huenemeier on my list too.

Very much this and all of them under the wing of 'good guy' CH. Salad days.

Has anyone told him that this shìt grey weather is a feature for 9 months a year in this country? ???

If anyone was going to do that, please don't.

Weather in Paderborn seems to be much the same as it is here, so shouldn't come as too much of a shock to him...

The warm season lasts from June 9 to September 4 with an average daily high temperature above 20°C. The hottest day of the year is August 2, with an average high of 24°C and low of 15°C.

The cold season lasts from November 16 to March 5 with an average daily high temperature below 8°C. The coldest day of the year is February 4, with an average low of -0°C and high of 4°C.

I suspect Albion's player support team will be pretty good. - would be nice to hear something of their work.

By coincidence I was pondering this very thing yesterday, imagining limos picking up new signings and driving them to their temporary accommodation - luxurious penthouse flats overlooking Hove seafront...or similar.

I use 'password1' actually - now, any chance of a summary of what he said for those of us that cannot view the link?

Helpful tip. I use "passwordnotrecognised" for everthing so if I input it wrong I am always reminded.

I was speaking to the missus about our team (well I say speaking to, she was looking into the distance stifling a yawn) highlighting the fact that we have so many leaders on the pitch. I also mentioned Tony Adams and his seven fighters theory, which I think we've got in spades now.

The recruitment has been very thoughtful, it's not just ability that we've looked at but character.

I'm trying really hard not to get carried away at the moment, but this season has been excellent so far.

I led the questioning on this and have to say for some reason stuttered like a nincompoop at first .

My IPad locked and I couldn't refer to my notes.

Blimey, bet she was spellbound!! Its an excellent interview and his english is better than mine!! As others have said, a future club captain in the making. Also a very good interview with Nathan Jones on Seagull Player

Was that Sky's Andy Burton posing some of the more bizarre, non-Albion related questions?

Uwe answered everything well. Jones sounding as driven as ever in his presser also, speaks a heck of a lot of sense and refreshingly cliche-free.

Try letmein and then a number, normally the year

Our security team said that this was one of the most used passwords.

You'd be amazed how many people use 'Password101' and then, when prompted to change every few months or so, 'Pasword102' and so on and so on.

Security experts reckon now that to have a reasonably safe password it needs to be 15-20 characters, minimum, and contain upper case, lower case, numerics, special characters, no alliteration, no sequential lettering etc etc.

Could it be because you are a nincompoop?

I tell you what really, really grates with me. People still trying to gently ease Greer out of the side despite him playing a pivotal role, once again, in a very miserly defence. I really don't get it.

Totally agree, he has been very consistent this season, no need to make changes.

THIS, THIS THIS!!!!!

Can you make that a sticky? Seriously, our back four have been EXCELLENT all season. Bong and Uwe have fitted right in but Greer and Bruno have been excellent. The pace of Bong and positioning / general death defying blocking of Uwe allow us to defend higher up, Bruno is setting up all sorts of plays down the right as well as winning crucial challenges and Greer is holding it all together and playing better than he has since he joined us. Why change that?

Anyone who can't see this obviously didn't go to Walsall where the defence was all at sea w/o GG. Thank f*ck these people don't pick the team.
