I gave up 0n February 26th 2005, so glad i did as well, dont have to worry about all this no smoking ban.................................... oh and by the way...........i was up to about 80 a day when i packed it in...........so if i can do it...anyone can :goal:

Thats the one advantage I have got because I cant drink at the moment because of all the medication i'm taking, On the down side to that other than work and rest there's very little I can do at the moment to keep myself occupied and take my mind off smoking.
