THAT is hilario...she looks massive compared to the Bloom family :lolol:

So...let me get this right...is the really old bloke with the massively high trousers Harry Bloom? Or another grandpa?

It is amazing that they are all exactly the same height. Harry Bloom died a while ago. I imagine that is Ray Bloom's father.

Why all the bile? Christ, the guy only asked a very reasonable question. As Douglas Deep says above, totally unnecessary.

Would anyone devote a quarter of their wealth to their football club ? Would you ?

I don't know. If I had £4 billion quid, I'm not sure that I'd be broken-hearted trying to survive on £3bn - but I wouldn't be happy to give up £25,000 if I had a £100k. I think that £360m is closer to the £100k side of the equation, but only just.

Tony's wife looks just like a younger version of my friend Jessica - I wonder if they're distantly related.

Well that is true !

I have heard it is significantly more - but who knows. I am just delighted he seems a good guy and is one of ours.

10 billion:tosser: he's not 92 million down he has covered the cost in the wake of banks getting tight and will take some of that in shares,i think his investment is safe???

Where did you get 10billion from? I said 1 billion...

Even if he's covered the costs, this is an actual project, where money needs to be paid... he's not underwriting a risk, he's paying for something tangible, so he must have the money avaialble.

I've been told by someone an estimate of what he's worth, and it's more than a billion.

Where did you get the £4billion figure from?
