How old is too old?

My mate the Ginger Prince (Mark II) confessed to shagging a woman of 57. He is 36.

When pressed on the issue, he claimed in his defence that it was okay "provided she is younger than his mother" (who is 61).

Is he right in what he says (although by all accounts he won BOTH his brown and silver wings that night), or is he just a desperate granny grabber?

While at University, a friend of mine ended up with a 52 year old during a night out. He was 20. He went into denial about her age when we ribbed him about it later, claiming she was only in her 30s, but the fact she was with her 25 year old daughter was kind of a giveaway.

Both rough as though... and desperate - fairly typical of what you'll find in the centre of Cardiff on a Saturday night. Everyone passed on the daughter's kind offers, which gives you an idea of the standard.
