Exactly, and that's the trade the club are hoping to grab a share of. However, no matter what the beer is, if the food is naff and you have to stand for 2 hours, they won't get much business before the game. This in turn will lead to the problem of getting thousands of people from Brighton station to the ground in time for KO. It is vital that large numbers of punters arrive well before the KO to use the facilities at the ground otherwise the transport links will be f**ked.

Pretty much my feelings from day one.

I'm more than happy to spend cash - all the while helping the Albion directly or indirectly - on food and beer at the ground provided it's decent fayre. Otherwise, it's the North Laine pubs who will continue to receive my dosh.

Lets say 25 home games and av crowd 20,000 for every £2 spent by the whole crowd WE will TURNOVER= one million POUNDS:eek: THATS A VERY SIMPLY WAY OF LOOKING AT IT BUT IF WE ALL SPENT £10 OR EVEN £20 IT BECOMES A HUGE INPUT INTO THE ALBION WAR CHEST EVEN WITH THE CATERING COMPANY TAKING THEIR CUT:moo: BUT IT LOOKS LIKE I'M NOT EVEN GONNA SPEND THE £2! JUST THINK ITS A SHAME REALLY:D

Worthing
It must be over 20 years since I`ve had a beer at a home game. Under the old west stand with the boys there.

My boy always thinks he takes a bottle of coke in for each of us in his rucksack.

His contains coke....
