Going to a private *family* display tonight and they have spent £800 :flameboun i am sure this figure is cheap compared to some, but individually how much have/will you spend?

Perhaps you don't bother & like me prefer to watch, still i might just spend £20 tonight for a bit of fun.

If you are thinking of buying fireworks in Sainsburys you will not be able to buy then until the end of your ' shop'. I was planning in setting off a little display in Isle 14 ( toiletries) at the West Hove branch yesterday and failed in my quest due to this ruling. A heads up for anyone with similar plans.

£35 for some standard rockets and a box or others.

I just tilt the fireworks at neighbours house to make a cheap display a bit more exciting.

However £800 u must be well off. I doubt I'd spend that much in 20 years.

Nowt on actual fireworks, waste of money unless you go all out which I haven't got the money for. I used to go to Lewes and let those fireworks society wrong 'uns foot the bill. Now I go to shoreham, make my contribution and enjoy the pleasent, welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and don't have to be around too many wickens and people who believe they live in the dark ages. I take my own black peas and vinegar along too. Lush.

As usual, absolutely F'all.

can't see the point. If I really cared, I'd go to a organised display. Or look out the window down in to the valley at other peoples displays.
