I've never been totally convinced by these charts. According to that scale I am underweight and need to lose an inch and a half in height.

I don't look skinny. And if I were to gain the half stone necessary to enter the white "normal" zone I would definitely look podgy.

My weight is dropping slowly.That chart is bullshit.They say 12st is my ideal weight.I was that once and looked very ill.People thought i was injecting the naughty stuff.Since i'm big boned i would put my ideal weight or shall i say happy with around 14st.Maybe a tad lower.So i'm a stone and half overweight.I am working on it and have been for a while
