I didn't remember, but the images on google suggest that the final was a fiver, and the replay £4.

I have no idea. My brother managed to get tickets via some means or other but they were in the wrong end !!! Never the less still enjoyed the game (first one anyway)

FWIW, £5 in 1983 is the equivalent of about £17 now. Still cheap as chips though!

My £65 ticket at the back of the lower and isn't really that much different from my view in '83, I was at the front of the upper tier which didn't start as high as it does now

I remember the replay ticket most vividly. It cost £4, but I had to buy it off another lad at school for £20.

I was 15, and even though this was my saved-up money and I was more than happy to part with it, it caused an unholy row with my mum. She didn't believe one kid should be touting to another, and although I could kind of see her point, there was no way I wasn't going.

It was good fun driving down the M6 towards Wembley with the blue and white scarf waving from my car in a sea of red and white.....

Replay ticket bought from touts. £25 - they wanted more but as I began walking away they relented.
