What do you expect from a team down the bottom?

We are down the bottom, mainly because we have no striker who can score 15-20 goals per season in this league (as MM recognises)... Leon is our senior striker, most highly-paid striker by all accounts, and is failing to do the business... he is also a disruptive influence / p[oor example to the younger players with big attitude problems...
