Ice Man, even Norman Gall was saying we should make changes to the team with 25 mins plus to go and lets face it Norman may have lost a few marbles over the years! Dean Wilkins does not demand enough respect from his players, you can tell that by the crap he drivels on about in his after match interviews! He is soft as shite, get a manager in that will kick some arse and get some bloody respect!! That of course is my opinion, I hope thats ok with everyone.
