I can add Barrow to that list - home & away - unless my memory plays me false I'm pretty sure they are one of very few, if not the only side, never to beat us in the league. Also Bradford Park Avenue & Wimbledon.

Lots of non league sides in cup games of course. On that basis I don't think Woking counts.

I included AFC as Wimbledon!

Q
That is correct. Last played in 1970.

What about Workington and Southport?

Good shout. I recall both as very big sides. I saw us play Workington up there when we were visiting family in Cumbria as well as at home and a big win against Southport at the Godstone somewhen in the 60's by four or five I think.

When did you see us play Fleetwood and Accrington!?

97. And Ididn't include either of those above. My biggest gap is premier perennials, as I missed Div 1 working saturdays 79-82 (then lived overseas for 4 years). Boo hoo.

Opponent seen most often . . . now there is a question . . . . Reading? Tranmere, probably. Or Millwall. Or the Alice. Probably them.

Warwickshire
87 of present 92 + Workington, Barrow, Bradford Park Avenue, Stockport, Southport, Macclesfield, Kidderminster, Halifax Town, Aldershot, Wrexham, Lincoln, Darlington, Hereford, Torquay, Tranmere, Dag&Red, Chester, York City, Rushden & Diamonds = 106

I counted Wimbledon as AFC and MKD separately.

Interesting little exercise.

I've listed them as far as I can remember and, if I've seen them away, the name of the ground that I saw them. 72 Grounds and a total of 110 different teams since 1973. There may well be some odd non league FA Cup games that I've missed.

You haven't read/understood the question. Teams who were not one of the 92 league teams when we played them, don't count. So scratch off Crawley, Northwich, Stafford Rangers....etc

I'm on 98, I think - just one or two I'm not 100% sure about, but it's very close to that figure.

Chelsea next year will be a new one!

Woking have never been in the Football League.

I think it is a nice round 100 but I can't remember if I have seen us play Everton. Only saw a few 1st Division games that I could persuade my dad to take me to and I don't recall if Everton was one of them.
