This is going well , to clarify my stupidity Lincoln as a league team I never did see and as correctly pointed out I will have to wait for that but I was referring to Everton as one I could soon scratch off the list , I have seen accy and Fleetwood play but yes not against us , I'm very sorry if I have hurt any body's feelings or caused them a unnecessary Google :)

Been following the Albion since 1971 so if I average that I watched 10 games for each of the 45 years and let's say an average of 2 new teams each season that makes 90

If permitted to include reformed teams (FC Halifax etc) as the original team and similar with AFC Wimbledon then 104

God knows. I've been to 81 (I think) league grounds so it's around a 100 I guess.

I can only think of 2 current league teams i have never seen us play and they are Everton and Lincoln , hopefully scratch one of those off the list soon .

Edit forgot Fleetwood too .

And I hope it isn't Lincoln you scratch off, if we face them in the next round of the FA Cup!

75 almost 50/50 home and away. Maybe some more forgotten through drink and puff 10-20 years ago. Where are Hereford when you need them? Didn't count them, as can't find them.
Surprised that somehow I have never seen us play Southampton.

That's fair, after all they still represent the former club and it's heritage in all but the previous name. MK Dons has to be included as they we're scurrilously manufactured a place in the FL.

I've got 90. I guess there may be a couple of defunct clubs I've missed.

Point of order - this isn't a 'trivia question' - it doesn't have one single (right) answer, as would a trivia question say, in a quiz.

And although I admit I haven't watched The Albion as often as many on here, I still can't remember all the teams I've seen us play against, not at home at any rate.

I met a couple of chaps in the pub before the Preston match. One had been to every league game since 1994, something like 1,034 consecutive league games. The other had been to every single game (leagues and cups) since 1999. I'll leave someone else to work out how many teams that means....

I can add Barrow to that list - home & away - unless my memory plays me false I'm pretty sure they are one of very few, if not the only side, never to beat us in the league. Also Bradford Park Avenue & Wimbledon.

Lots of non league sides in cup games of course. On that basis I don't think Woking counts.

That is correct. Last played in 1970.

What about Workington and Southport?
