I remember Tony Meola, got amazing applause from the North Stand in his brief stint with us. (i remember he had a serious redneck mullet)
Saw him down George Street, Hove during his brief spell here and shouted 'Oi Meola', he put both hands in the air and gave it the thumbs up.
I think another Yank goalie played a few games for us in the same season but not 100% sure as my memory is hazy

He's the chappy, shame either didn't hang around or work out as i rated both these Yank goalies (even though many compared them to Sly Stallone in the Great Escape)
