evryone should have a right to be able go into further education, and perhaps the original poster is going to college with specific training in mind. He could be studying to become a doctor, how the f*** do you know?

I leave mine at 4.30am and get back home anywhere between 12.30-2pm. But because of the early starts it can feel like a longer day sometimes.

Personally I'd love to see more government-subsidised apprenticeships as a way of reducing the number of students saddled with debts of £20k before they even start work. It is difficult to find affordable yet competent plumbers and sparkies these days.

We have recently had a round of interviews here and the common response to graduates who were expeciting starting salaries of around 20% higher than the advertised basic purely on the basis that they had a degree.
Because the cats are now used to being fed at 05:30, at weekends, I have to get up then also and feed them, otherwise I won't get any peace, but I do go back to sleep for a couple of hours.
