What exactly is wrong with that? The only name on the chequebook at many clubs is just one person, why do you find it so upsetting that that might be the case with us? Dick has spent plenty of his money, if someone else has more to spend, then that is great for us. If there are others dipping in their pockets, then it just goes to show how much respect they hold Dick in, that they will contribute their money, for the club they love, without making a song and dance about it.
And isn't it Dicks JOB to run the club? Therefore, it is his job to appoint the players. He isn't going to appoint a player he doesn't think is suitable is he? But he certainly isn't out there scouting, watching games all over the country, that is the scouts and the managers job, which they have done, and he has then taken the time to watch them too, and now we have some new players.
Whatever the "truth" you believe is, it is irelevant now, it is history, nothing about whatever it is will ever mean anything. If it was a legal matter then it is up to the Police/lawyers to deal with. If it is anything else IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER ANY MORE.

Well done to the growing numbers on here, who have been questioning the merits of our Chairman.
We all know, that there's one thing DK hates......and that's getting the flak.
For once, we seem to have had a successful transfer window, signing what appears to be, some quality players.............and let's face it.........this club, and most of its supporters, have been crying out for this in the last three years.
DK has given scant regard for the playing side of the Albion for quite some time now..........this influx of decent players is long, long overdue.
I will use these boards to criticise DK when I think it's justified.........but will also applaud the board....( and probably the Blooms in particularl) when they have at last focused on something other than the road widening scheme at Falmer.

So basically what you seem to be saying is that when they do good things it is the board (and the Blooms in particular) and bad things are Dick Knight's fault. That seems fair.
