You can wear a hoody at any age. There should be an age limit tag next to the label.

If you are a serial killer or a rapist, then I can see absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever.

Absolutely not (except for the cold). Or trainers (except for sport). Or chunky jewellery (except for ironic fancy dress).Or 3/4 length shorts (no exceptions).

If it's cold then I'd wear a hoodie. The difference is that youngsters wear them when it's hot AND with a hat on underneath as well!

As a fashion item I think it's a crap American import so, if us oldies wear them then they will soon become 'uncool' and we'll see the end of the hoodie as a fashion item.

I've been wearing hoodies of various descriptions for the last 30+ years. It all started with a thin, blue, terry towelling type, bukta number with Seagulls written across the back:thumbsup:

You can get away with it but only if you complete the look with a sweatband (wrist and head), a pair of illegally short shorts and trainers that look like they were worn by Forrest Gump c1970.

Unfortunately not. I think I had a couple in the late 70's but the material wasn't the highest quality so they didn't last too long, especially as I would wear it at every opportunity.
