Look out for Paul Jubb 19, who in his first Wimbledon, took a set off Jaoa Sousa (Portguese no,1). He came into Wimbledon on a wild card.
He was brought up by his gran in a council house in Hull, but managed to get a scholarship to an American college. His father committed suicide when he was very young and his mother died just a few years later.

He'll be playing doubles later. He has won £45K but as he's still at college, their rules don't allow him to keep it.

Yes, I watched some of his game last night. He has certainly got some talent.

So what does he have to do with the money? Can he give it to his Gran?

It goes back into the prize fund and gets redistributed amongst the winners.

Jubb & Draper are on court 11 but up against the world's number 5 pair. It's all experience for the teenagers.

In the meantime, Kyle Edmund is two sets and 3-1 up.

The draw is starting to open up a bit for Milos Raonic. He's a former Wimbledon finalist and grass is his best surface. He was due to meet Stan Wawrinka next but he's gone. Kevin Anderson is one set all at the moment.

No way was he a 40/1 chance at the start. His silky smooth serve is brilliant. I can see Djokovic being the only problem in his half. One slip though and your tournament's over. Look at poor Kyle Edmund. No one is immune especially if they water the courts.

Fair play to the lad but this rather sums it up. Plenty of money to be made on The Tour without ever being very good at winning more than the odd match. We always like to think of Wimbledon being special but I'm pretty sure all the pro's dumped out in the first round are chuffed to bits with the prize money they get for one afternoons work and are then looking to the next earner in 2 weeks time wherever it is. Forget all the back stories and hype, this is just a business like any other.
