He has one definite offer from an unnamed Greek club. QPR have approached him but are awaiting a decision from another target.

Appreciates that his wages will be reduced if Brighton make him an offer, but suggests that as it's a free transfer there may be room for negotiation.

Wants things tied up with a club by the end of June.

Let him go I say -he hasn't done enough in my view to warrant a contract even if he would be kind enough to reduce his salary level. We can do better.

A slighty better Dicker at a greatly inflated wage? No thanks.

Looked good in patches. Have his legs gone or was it just fitness? Wouldn't mind him here if Poyet thinks he can get him fit and playing well

Well as we don't know exactly how much he's asking for I say give it a go as he plenty to offer at this level.

Get him in and pay him what he wants, same applies to anybody else Poyet fancies. We're never going to challenge for promotion unless we SERIOUSLY increase the quality in the squad and that means spending money. Lots of money. In addition we must make sure we hang on to the decent players we've got (and also that they're not pissed off by the massive salaries we're paying to the newcomers) so players like Bennett should have their contracts re-negotiated and their wages significantly increased.

Id take him but as i have said before he cant play central in a 4 man midfield. Too lightweight.

Gus will go 2 up top this season i think...

Is the wrong answer.

This.

Then when it all comes crashing down we can go into administration, wipe debts and start over again. It's the way football is going now. Why not get to it now rather than be the last to the party?

I think we should go down this route and make sure we are in and out of admin at least twice in the next 5 years, shafting as many people as possible enroute. Only then can we claim to be a big and ambitious club. Not actually owing the stadium gives us the opportunity to take the piss big time

It pays, look at Leeds and Palace (twice) and expect Pompey to come out well eventually too

Are B&HA not going to own the new Falmer Stadium? I understand that it's only through Tony Bloom's investment that it is being built, but who will own it? You must forgive me if these are questions no Brighton fan would ask, but obviously I'm neither a Seagulls supporter nor living in the South. I am, however, very interested in your club at the moment.

The stadium would have been built in any case, the fact that we have a wealthy benefactor who is thankfully a fan is a bonus. I'm sorry to say that you have very little idea of what is going on here but we'll let you off.
