Haye did what he needed to do to win I suppose. Not much of a spectacle though, and I was certainly glad I didn't pay for it. Fact is, neither fighter was EVER in the slightest bit of trouble at any point during the entire fight. They could have gone and done another 12 rounds by the end of it, there wasn't a mark on either of them.
I am a grumpy bastard though. I openly acknowledge this.

By way of comparison would you expect the Albion to "try" to play open, attacking football with 3 up front against Arsenal if we get them in the 3rd round of the Cup??! Thought not!
