Absolutely not. Been walking about in shorts and t-shirt all day at work and will be doing the same at home. It's not even close to being cold.

I've had to put a jumper on the last couple of days in sunny Almeria due to the ******* wind. It's a bloody outrage.

Being a saddo, I thought to myself today - I wonder if the shortest day of the year has ever been warmer than the longest?

With today being 13 it’s not beyond the realms the 21st December could be warmer.

Is there anyway of checking previous years to see if this has happened before?

Should I also consider getting a life?

Try December 2015, it was around 16. I picked up some friends at Heathrow that had flown in from New Zealand and they complained how warm it was

According to time and date.com June 21st 2015 was 20 degrees vs December 21st 2015 was 12 degrees.

If it hasn’t happened before, perhaps a great chance this year of history happening!

What a bunch of snowflakes. (Am I allowed to say that) ???

Not sure it's cold enough for snow, although I wouldn't rule it out.

Maybe we need a precautionary reboot of the snow thread though, just in case.

Yes, it was bloomin' cold today. I told Mrs Earle we should give the heating a run through to make sure it works ok.:)

I've had the heating on a couple of times today for around 15 mins.

It was just to take the edge off as it has been a damp day.

I might even treat myself to a hottie tonight.
