I have low blood pressure, so I feel the cold easily .... especially sitting at The Amex in winter.

Yes, I have a similar issue with low blood pressure but in my case it’s the medication. I still prefer to put on an extra layer than put the heating on though. I think the cost of it now would offset any enjoyment I derive from the extra heat. In any case it’s warm and sunny up north at the moment.

It's been a while since I was described as 'ultra fit' although potentially any dip in fitness has been offset with an additional layer of insulating fat!

For the first time this year it is warmer outside than inside. 19C vs 18C! Yippee!!

I already had two Merino wool base layers on and a thick fleece. A blast of central heating was the last resort.

Possibly for my neighbours, yes. As soon as gale force winds and driving rain cease for a few minutes most of them seem to appear in shorts and t shirts. Unfortunately I am seemingly still a soft southerner.
