JB was getting rave reviews last season at Le Havre - only 18/19 and hasn't broken through into their first team yet. Not sure what his contract status is and what cost there would be in the way of transfer fees or compensation but he is clearly a talent. Whether he realises his potential who knows but if you watch the video of the Dover game (especially the 15 minutes available on their site) the lad knows what he wants to do with the ball and has an eye for a pass and good positional sense.
