I tried - following the instructions that came with it. It tells you to click on the Smartcard image on the online ticketing page - Buggered if I can see it though!

I've never registered on line so I've never had a password. I can't register on line as I have a fan number/season ticket. When I click forgotton password it just takes me round in circles. Using the website is like banging your head against a brick wall sometimes.

You won't be able to do it for two weeks.

Thanks for that - I shall have to use proper money to buy my first Amex pie today then!

You can register online if you use your postcode without a space as the password - well at least that's what I did for myself and 3 friends to set up the friends & family links.

I think the club has set up everyone with a default password of their postcode if they haven't previously registered.

Oops, beaten to it by Bob!

Thanks, tried that and got this message: Your customer profile cannot use the web. Please contact the club

God only knows what that means! Emailed them anyway. Thanks again.

I had exactly the same issue, emailed the club, still didn't work the first couple of times how ever I entered the postcode, so reset the password again using "forgotten password" and copied and pasted it in from the email password notification and success.
