I watched the press conference. Second one in the last few weeks where I just feel he is probably saying far more than he has too.
I hope he stays - he's mad as a box of frogs - but I can see why people are losing their patience with him.

I could take a photo of a seagull and sell it to Boehly for £30m. But ok I think you are just going to keep invent not very well founded arguments along the way just to be right and conversations on those premises never work well so Ill just tell you youre right while secretly looking forward to Marcs amazing Albion career
Ok Simon

I'm relaxed about whether RDZ stays or goes - the only definite winner will be Bloom regardless - but just once it would be nice for RDZ to a) not bang on about injuries and whinging that he doesn't have enough players and b) tell everyone how happy he is working for such a special club where he is supported by the board and allowed a lot of freedom. It's coming over more and more that we should be grateful to have him. Frankly he should be grateful that he came to and is working for such a fantastic club.
Bang on. He’s sounding more and more like Conte at Spurs.

Haha that’s not me either.

I do have the ability to look at the bigger picture though.
The bigger picture line is often wheeled out when certain criticisms don’t want to be made not saying that is your intention. For instance has the last years recruiting been for the bigger picture? We have been left painfully weak in midfield areas which has cost us I don’t think anyone can argue against that. If Gross leaves in the summer that leaves an awfully big expensive hole to fill in one window.

If you can say RDZ has the same enthusiasm now as he did last season I wouldn’t believe you.
He’s incredibly frustrated, as you probably are, as I’ve been.

However as a fan I’m content we’ve done incredibly well with the resources we’ve had. No one in the league is playing teenagers and young players with little first team experience like we are.

But RDZ is a different beast, he knows with a bit more in this squad we’d be kicking on, potentially still in cup comps, and higher up the table.

Its very different to Poyet who had all the resources and squandered 2 seasons in which we almost certainly should have gone up - only for him to turn it on the club rather than himself.

Good points.

Liverpool, in a subset of two with us who play multiple kids in PL games.

Eeeeeeeeggggggoooooo

Hilarious if no one wants him in the summer...... Maybe he can buy out his own contract (and staff) and meditate on an island dreaming about football.if he's that passionate about footy money must surely be meaningless.

I'm glad he's getting rinsed in the comments of that post.

I initially thought the same, but it’s from a new interview with Sky.

At the very least RDZ is preparing the ground for a likely departure once this season’s over. Imho.
Romano gets paid to post things right. But maybe only Twitter this because very clickbaity

It's really odd to threaten to leave when he has still a long contract, unless he has been offered a job somewhere else.

Is he doing the "Trossard" and throwing the toys out of the pram to get a move? Would be a bit "immature" from a manager.

Gardening leave for the rest of the season and a new manager in?

I love RDZ and what he’s done has been fantastic. But I am losing a bit of faith with football and the premier league - especially when you’re an upper mid table side like we kind of are now.

To be considered a well remembered and liked legend as a general rule, means 3+ years minimum service I feel. Unless you’re Lloyd Owusu of course.

It just seems he’s only been here 5 mins and already everyone’s talking of his future including him. It just seems to be worse than ever now - I feel the likes of Chelsea are to blame.

We seem to be the poster child for overhyped players and managers. This I don't get either.
