So you're saying that Tony Bloom has forked out over hunderd million and like the way Gus is playing? Tony Bloom is happy that the way Gus is playing will attract the paying public which Tony wants to pay the bills. Will Tony be happy the way Gus is playing that could get us relegated? Will Tony be happy knowing that his hundred million is at stake? If we get relegated then the Amex could be half full, would our Tone be happy? Wopuld the fans keep coming to watch such dire footy?

I'll leave it there as finding it hard for you to counteract it.

i'll take the first line and say Bloom currently has faith in his manager and didnt get carried away after 5 wins on the trot and likewise won't after 6 without a win that leaves us mid table ..the rest is all if buts and maybe's and pure guesswork..i'll leave it at that this subject is being done to death

Tony isn't a bellend unlike you.

Complete loyalty to a football manager is commendable. There are many on NSC who didn't want Mickey Adams sacked, yet we all knew what the defiances were.

I suspect that as long as the crowds hold up & we are not in the bottom three then GP will stay & see out his manager position.

As to whether the current squad are good enough to go up - goalkeeper & defence yes
Midfield no
Forwards relegation form

Can Poyet take us up?
Maybe

5 wins on the trot? Can't argue with that but it's the teams we beat, not top table material is it? and the teams we drew and lost against, where were they?

No he doesn't and we are a striker short of having the squad. Simply not enough goals in the side.

Don't think we need another sriker to be honest, I'd like us to play 4-4-2 as it can't be no worse than what we're are serving up at the moment.

But Bigbelly, we haven't got the squad to play 4-4-2. We must be the only team in the country who can't put a striker on the bench out of seven subs.(I still think Dobbie is better desribed as a attacking midfielder). I think that is a f***ing joke, when you consider how many players he has signed.

Rubbish mate. We finished 10 last season and brought in top quality players, new keeper, brilliant left back and right back and 3 midfielders, which are class on paper but we are going backwards not forwards. With the new players we've got we should be fighting for promotion let alone play - offs. Gus doesn't use them and whenn he does it's out of postion.

Cardiff - Bellamy, Whittingham, Maynard, Helguson, Smith, Gunnarsson, Mutch, Kim Bo-Kyung, Velikonja, Noone, Mason those are just midfield-forwards

I don't think you have that kind of firepower/squad depth, there are about 2-3 more teams with similar strength too.

Yet in the OP you said we have the players-i am now confused...please tell me the revised strike force for Friday.

I say we Play Lua & Buckley up front Friday to outfox Leeds

Harley McSmudger Dicker are not and never will be good enough Barnes may get better he is still young, we have now got Dobbie, Lopez Orlandi, Hammond and Crofty these are the players i am refering to
