15 years ago it looked like we were heading out of existence. The anti Gus brigade start their hate campaign without remembering all the the shit we went through.

Even if we got relegated and you produced such a poll you'd still get the same outcome. We'll lose Saturday and the same people will say he's the best, even if we lose the next 15 games the same people will say he's the best. Think Dementia has set in early for loads on here.

Win five and I guess u will still want him sacked ...works both ways

Lets question whether the manager is up to the job just after losing away 1-0 to the team top of the table, who scored a deflected goal, when we have missed a pen and should have got a point.

Do we still have the best defence in the league and a great goal difference?

We are one jigsaw piece away from being comfortable automatic promotion candidates. I don't think it necessarily has to be a target man, just someone who is clinical in front of goal and takes their chances. A CMS with confidence got us to the top of the table, when he got injured it all fell apart and he is now trying to regain that confidence again.

We can't keep on banging on about the past that's history. Sport is a results business and the results aren't going our way. Something has to change to keep the fans coming to The Amex and generating the income stream required to buy the striker we are so desperate for.

I want Gus in as I love the style of play but if it ain't working something has got to give. We need a top 6 finish, anything less will be failure in my books.

Oh and before you ask yes I was at Hereford.

We are so damn lucky to have Poyet
Fortunately he has an excellent relationship with Bloom and Bloom knows he has struck oil with asset Poyet

I agree with your post and I think Poyet himself will see it as a failure..but he's not going to admit to that and put extra pressure on the players

It's alright everyone, I've just checked and we've only played TWELVE games.

I do believe Gus might be able to sort out this small problem we're having and that a top 6 spot is still perfectly possible.

Definitely IN

I like Gus.
I like the way he says crazy stuff in interviews (not including the Suarez debacle).
I love the style of football we play.

however,
I think that like all very talented people, he has flaws.
I think he is still learning and that means he will make mistakes.

BTW If he was amazing and didn't make mistakes, he would already have a job in the premier league.

For those of you who find it difficult to accept that we will lose some games and have runs of bad form, may I suggest that you follow Celtic? They are probably more your sort of team as they are clearly going to win the SPL by a record margin this year.

We play great football win, lose or draw. We have been very unlucky over this bad run. Last 2 scored against us were deflected shots. We are creating chances and we are not being played off the park, eventually our luck will change and yes maybe a target man for a plan B could also help.
