How embarrassing was that.
Who on earth thinks football fans want to watch dancing anyway? That shit belongs on X-factor
You have a point here. Cheer leaders/dance troupes should be in the same category as goal music when it comes to football.

Bring back the marching band.
Clothes + males. Both good changes if we have to keep them. It's only for kids afterall.
I'd like to think that Barber has more important things to do, rather than making radical changes to the cheerleading troupe!
Never been my kinda thing, but it seemed to 'fit' better before.
You really think he sits in his office and plans that sort of thing to the finest detail...? Blimey.
What an embarrassment. Male dancers... We don't help ourselves on the gay front do we.
Gully's girls did need a change. But not this. Hate to say it, but they could learn a lot from the Crystals!
I also think the club should pay them!
What does that mean? Are you saying you're embarrassed by gay males?
That's the way I read it, it gives other teams more ammunition for taunts, by adding males into 'Gullys Girls' it just adds to the stereotype. No Al, I don't think he is.
The way I read that was thus:
We, as a football club, are at almost every game played home or away, subjected to taunts relating to our sexuality based on the demographic make up of Brighton and Hove. We have just decided that a troupe of very good looking girls would look better with blokes in it.
I didn't see him saying anything relating to being embarassed by gay males, just maybe giving more ammunition to the more special ones who follow football that this in some way makes all of us gay, not that being gay is a bad thing.
