I'd just like to add, I have no problem with raising awareness for another club but I personally do not want to see The Amex awash with green balloons.

close your eyes!

Why? We have done a hell of a lot in support of Plymouth (and are continuing to do so). I have a Plymouth flag for the 'go green' night as have many people so I'm not against helping them-far from it. Darren has paid for green cards and Brighton fans have virtually organised the Fans Reunited Day for them but they need to get creative and start getting publicity for themselves-seriously, they do. I'm sure a lot of Plymouth fans think that Fans Reunited alone is going to save their club. Have a look on PASOTI: There's still a lot of 'we need an email campaign' or 'we should write letters'.

Some BHA fans thought that it would be good to use the occasion of our being on the telly to draw attention to the plight of Plymouth. Participation is entirely optional. But let's not forget how other clubs helped us out 14 years ago.

Once the whistle goes, it'll be ALL about beating Leeds.

Pork pie land.
If you lot want to help Plymouth - f*** off down there and give them some gate money! In the meantime, keep your crap away from the AMEX! Blue and white balloons only please!

I've said that I will be participating in events and it's great that we are helping them but these are the things Plymouth fans should be doing themselves as well, surely? I haven't forgotten the help we got for Fans United but I also remember all of the things we were doing to help ourselves raise awareness of what was going on.
