Absolute legend. Good luck to him- he deserves to be playing.

Brighton Legend, up there with the best and even more goals than The Legends that is Zamora & Ward. Anyone who thinks because he played for them up the road lessens his legend status is wrong. Glad he is joining Chris Hughton at Forest. Those two gave our club so much.

Good thread and hopefully he reads NSC. A genuine Albion legend who is part of the fabric of the modern Albion (and Palace), I miss him but his time has come. Great that he’s going to be playing for CH again. Thanks for the memories Glenn

Lots and lots of them, these are just the PL ones

Great video. What was striking to me was the number of goals that Gross either assisted or played the ball to set up the assist. Other than the penalties he seemed to be involved in literally every one in that first season.

Forgot how many he scored against the scum - 4 including the last min winner in the cup - well and truly put the pain of him going there to bed - we always have the last laugh - when will you learn pupils

Will always remember bumping into Glenn at the Corn Exchange with a few other players. I declared at the time he was the league 1 Berbertov. Little did I know at the time he would go on and smash it in the prem and make a name rightfully for himself. Always under appreciated with his first spell at the club.

Absolutely wrote his name into the book of legends to play for the club in his second spell. Brilliant player. Will there ever be a player who loves scoring at the AMEX as much as Glenn for us and against us.

Class act. Wasn’t alive during Ward so him and Zamora are the best. Getting us into the PL and keeping us there is unparalleled. Love the guy and what he did for us.

One of my fave songs gone.

He's no longer up front.

That goal v Man Ure (and that night in Brum away), I shall NEVER forget.
