I thought we had 4000 season ticket holders, and they automatically became Gold members?

Can't believe 251 mugs signed up to the blue member scheme.

More impressive is the fact that we've seemingly lost just under 1000 season ticket holders from last season!

This tells a very sad story - didn't the club advise there around 4000 STHs at the start of the season ?

Clearly this is not the case.

I gave my season ticket up this season, for two reasons...work commitments and i lost interest last season....playing poorly game after game.

What suprises me even more is why the club haven't contacted me asking why i'm not going anymore? Surely they should be chasing up people who jacked in their tickets..

On Ask the Club, Insider said to someone that they would be chasing previous STH's up about the possibility of a half-season ticket very soon.

I suppose it's probably a lot more economical for them to use NSC as a way of finding out why fans aren't going any more.

Also, it's fairly obvious really - a combination of crap performances, crap atmosphere and crap ticket prices

Yes thats true but surely they need to get these fans back. They should be offering them special ex season ticket holder deals or something.

With just 3,069 Gold Members, shouldn't we be celebrating the fact that we've managed to sell more tickets to casual purchasers this season than ever we were able to in the early days at Withdean?

Why bother chasing them up? Wait till the club trundles through to a worthless Wembley appearance in the Piss Pot final, or gets drawn again Man U at Withdean in the FA Cup, then MAKE them buy tickets for all the home games as a condition of entry. They'll be back soon enough.

With just 5,193 away members on all three schemes it should mean that any game like West Ham or Spurs would mean a guaranteed ticket for anyone who has signed up.
